It's no secret that Seat is the dimmest bulb in the Volkswagen classroom. The beleaguered Spanish manufacturer squandered a total of $138 million in the first quarter of this year alone – more than double what the next two least profitable brands in the German manufacturer's lineup lost.

The part number is read in several blocks. First there are three blocks with 3 characters each. Then there is (not always) an index at positions 10 and 11, then (also only if necessary) an indicator, for example for color or software versions for control units.

This error is normal when the firmware is changed. Normally firmware updates must be accepted using ODIS Service software at final step of the update process and system will be restarted after the approval by ODIS Service software.

Some Seat and Cupra users reported that they are having an issue with the touchscreen on their cars. Problem is that; while the screen will display images correctly it is very reluctant to respond to touch commands, especially anything in the bottom third of the screen. So the touch won't work sometimes not correctly.
