Some Seat users reported that they are having an issue with the touchscreen on their cars. Problem is that; while the screen will display images correctly it is very reluctant to respond to touch commands, especially anything in the bottom third of the screen. So the touch won't work sometimes not correctly, it will not recognize some touch interactions and show a pink screen using the RVC.

You can fix the problem if you have VCP, or VAS5054 with Odis Engineering software.

You need to flash your screen software with the new version. You can find suitable flash file in our vag flash data server.

Login to server, search by part number download file and flash it using VCP or Odis Engineering
