Distance Sales Agreement & Terms of Use

This Agreement has been signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below.

LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, GOODS: Refers to software, activation codes, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER's website.

11. Licensing Rights

All intellectual property rights for the software belong to the SELLER. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

12. User Comments

The SELLER is not responsible for the opinions shared by users.

13. Hyperlinking to our Content

Approved organizations may link to our site without prior written consent.

14. iFrames

Framing our website within another site is subject to written permission.

15. Content Liability

The SELLER is not responsible for the content of sites that link to us.

16. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request the removal of inappropriate links.

17. Removal of links from our website

We reserve the right to remove links upon complaint or evaluation.

18. Component Protection Removal & Technical Requirements

A VAS6154 diagnostic interface and a 64-bit Windows PC are required for component protection removal. These devices are not included in the service price. Clone VAS6154 or RED VNCI can be used, but devices requiring extra drivers (Vxdiag, Passthru, etc.) are not supported. No refund for technical inability on the BUYER's side.

The BUYER must prove legal ownership of the part. SELLER may request serial numbers, FAZIT ID, donor VIN, and ID copies. Service will be refused with no refund for suspicious parts.

Used parts require manufacturer approval (max 10 business days). No refund for parts denied by the manufacturer.

19. General Technical Requirements & Installation Responsibility

A. Installation Responsibility:

The BUYER performs the installation. SELLER is not liable for failures caused by faulty SD cards, process interruptions, or battery depletion.

B. Remote Connection Conditions:

At least 30 Mbit/s stable internet and a professional battery stabilizer are mandatory.

20. Right of Withdrawal Exception

The right of withdrawal is not applicable to digital content delivered instantly.

21. Account Responsibilities

Account security is the sole responsibility of the BUYER.

22. Compatibility Verification

The BUYER is responsible for verifying part/software compatibility before ordering.

23. Physical Product Return Conditions

Shipping and customs duties for returns are fully covered by the BUYER.

24. Resolution of Disputes, PayPal & Bank Chargeback Policy

VAGupdate is not willing or obliged to attend dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

PayPal Dispute or Bank Chargeback = Instant Ban!

Opening a PayPal Dispute or initiating a Bank Chargeback will result in an immediate suspension of your VAGupdate account. You will lose all access to downloads, future updates, and free support. Furthermore, all activations, updates, and remote works will be revoked, and this information will be forwarded to the VAG dealer network. This may result in the loss of your vehicle's factory warranty upon your next dealer visit.

  2. Enter your Order ID, full name, and a detailed description of the problem.

25. Authorized Court

Disputes shall be handled by the courts at the SELLER's place of residence.

26. General Disclaimer

The SELLER is not liable for any indirect damages or data loss resulting from the use of services.
