  • Digital Delivery: Digital orders are typically delivered within 1-2 hours after the required information is provided by the customer. The maximum delivery time is guaranteed within 24 hours.
  • Remote Programming: For remote programming services, a dedicated appointment will be scheduled at a date and time convenient for the customer. The technical procedure is performed remotely exactly at the scheduled appointment time.

Automated Physical Dispatch

To ensure that the products we offer internationally in our online shop reach our customers as quickly as possible, we utilize a highly automated dispatch system.

Once an order is placed, the data is immediately saved in our Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) system. This system is directly integrated with our bank and PayPal accounts, allowing the order to be released for dispatch the moment payment is confirmed.

Smart Warehouse Management

Our warehouse staff receive picking orders on mobile data capturing devices connected to SAP via a custom-developed API. The software guides our team through the collection process, reducing walking time to a minimum and ensuring that parcels are prepared for shipment within the shortest possible timeframe.

Automated Customs Clearing

For shipping addresses located outside of the EU and USA, our direct connection to the ATLAS system guarantees automatic customs clearing. This minimizes delays and ensures a seamless transition through international borders.

Global Logistics Partners

We dispatch our goods globally via DHL, FedEx, or Government Post, depending on your selection (Standard or Express). All shipments are processed with high-standard logistics protocols.
