Firmware version can be updated only in same version range. For example if your MU version is 0245 you may only update to 02xx versions. You cannot update your firmare to 04xx versions. But we offer our customers this kind of update if their MIB system has NAV function with two SD card slots. In that case we will need CPU ID number to prepare new metainfo2.txt file for the update. Here you can find information about finding your CPU ID number:

1. Press and hold "Menu" button on your MIB screen. You will see a screen like this. Tap on "Software Update/Versions" menu:
